Real Estate Agents catering to luxury properties are a special breed. Due to the high stakes nature of luxury property sales, market expertise and perfect customer service are essential. Luxury property sales are steadily climbing, therefore the demand for competent, proactive, and personable Real Estate agents specializing in luxury properties is similarly increasing. The Luxury Real Estate Agent position is best suited to competent, intense, and charismatic individuals. Agents who aggressively seek to improve their administrative and customer service skills tend to have success in the current industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • List and sell residential or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Communicate with customers using various media platforms and our companies CRM
  • Teach and educate customers on the current real estate market
  • Inform customers about contracts and terms of sale
  • Use computer technology to manage a network of customers and properties
  • Assist clients with financial decisions concerning real estate
  • Connect with customers on a personal level to provide a custom tailored buying/selling experience

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Current Real Estate License.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a real estate agent
  • Proven track record of real estate sales
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly
  • Love meeting new people
  • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, technologies and scripts
  • Grit, determination and a great team player

Compensation:

Helio Realty offers an upscale environment with a competitive 90/10 commission split + ( $349 per SALE transaction, paid by the client) and low 15K CAP.
